I’m glad to hear this story has a happy ending, considering the power of the water in that area. I recently visited the Whirlpool from the Canadian side and was in awe of the rapids and the swirling waters. Our tour guide mentioned that it was extremely dangerous for boats and kayakers in this area, so it’s a miracle she survived!
