Patrick Kane is bringing the Stanley Cup to Niagara Falls USA tomorrow Thursday August 12th! You are invited to be on Goat Island at 9 a.m. when Mayor Paul Dyster will present Kane with a key to the city.

Birth Date: November 19, 1988
Place of Birth: Buffalo, New York
Claim to Fame: Scored the game winning overtime goal for the Chicago Blackhawks during the 2010 Stanley Cup playoffs. Kane was born in Buffalo and learned how to play hockey while attending St. Martin of Tours school. He played for local teams such as the Cazenovia Chiefs, West Seneca Wings, Buffalo Regals, and the Depew Saints. Way to go Pat. We are proud of you!

Lord Stanley’s Cup is Coming to Niagara Falls

The Stanley Cup will make a short Journey from the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto to Niagara Falls Ontario.  You will be able to view and take pictures of the cup at the Rink at the Brink from 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. on December 19th, 2009.  Admission is $5.75 for adults and $4.20 for children.
