Truck Cuts Off Police Car in St. Catharines

In this video, a delivery truck pulls out in front of a police cruiser that was on the way to a call. It was a near miss but luckily no accident. The truck driver must not have been able to hear the siren in time. This was under the QEW on Geneva Street in St. Catharines.

Grand Opera House Fire

This row of shops on Ontario St., known as the Grand Opera House, was also home to a broker and a print shop. Access to the Opera House theatre could be made by walking down a long entrance through 47 Ontario Street. The theatre opened in 1877 and had had several fires before it was demolished in 1998. Here is some video footage of the most recent fire at the location.

Breaking Into The Thoth

Someone actually posted a video on You Tube showing them breaking into The Thoth in St. Catharines. For those of you who have not heard of The Thoth, it is a dark tunnel-like space located under the 406 highway between the Geneva Street and Fourth Avenue exits.
