In May 2005 one of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation COMPASS camera’s on the Garden City Skyway got stuck and wound up pointing at the Queenston Street drawbridge over the Welland Canal. Here is a nice time lapse video from that day.

And correct me if I’m wrong in noting where the draw span in question opened no less than five times while the camera was running….
